Goal

One user is implementing Single Sign-on (SSO) for the Billing Care (BC) Cloud Native (CN) Patch Set (PS) 8 following the official documentation instructions:

sp-metadata-admin-server.xml is generated at the end of the process, and the sp-metadata-admin-server.xml is imported by Identity Provider (IDP).

The user tried login using the Load Balancer Uniform Resource Locator (URL) provided by the client for the BC, but it redirects to the IDP. After the login information entered, it redirects to the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)2 page of the BC. After a few seconds, it redirects to the IDP again and keeps redirecting between BC SAML2 page and SSO page.
 
The user has an ingress brm_ingress.yaml file which defines the routing for several services, BC, Business Operation Center (BOC), Pricing Design Center (PDC). The SAML prefix is included to redirect to BC, which could be the best approach to use SAML for PDC and BOC as well?
