Issue With Rejected Applications Via UI As Well App Entry /Simple App WS After Patch Set Deployed (Doc ID 2996875.1)

Facing Issue with Rejected Applications after PS 14 deployed via UI as well App Entry /Simple App WS

Note: Error message: Error in: arsars_en_000_01. insert_adv_reasons

System should not throw the error message during insertion of advance reasons.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The issue has been occurring with the below use cases.
1. Facing Issue when Application is created from UI and moved to next stage on click of "Process Application" button in Origination: Application Entry however should lead to Rejected: Prescreen Rejected status due to application edit.
2. Facing same issue, when application created via App Entry /Simple App Entry WS call which should leads to "Rejected: Prescreen Rejected" status.
3. Facing same issue when application is moved from "New: Review Required" to "Rejected: Blank" status in Underwriting.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create application successfully via UI or Web service request.
