OPA HUB LOGIN PAGE IS INCREASING THE DB CONNECTION EXPONENTIALLY AND CAUSING SYSTEMOUTOF MEMORY ERROR (Doc ID 2996991.1)

Symptoms

OutofMemory Error happening when opening the OPA HUB Login Page due to the exponential rise of DB connections.

Steps To Reproduce The Issue:

    1. Restart the Web logic services and make sure all the connections to the DB are closed.
    2. Open the OPA HUB login Page.
    3. When checked in the Oracle DB, connections increase exponentially in a few minutes.
    4. The Following Error is seen in the OPA HUB LOG.
         
         The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server..>
