Bundle Purchase is Impacting on the Base Monthly Recurring Charge (Doc ID 2997018.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When bundle purchase is done on an existing account in the first billing cycle, the discount is getting applied on the base Monthly Cycle forward amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Discount should apply to the net amount (Monthly Cycle forward amount - already applied discount)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account with a base package and another bundle (say 21% discount bundle).
    Observation - 21% discount is correctly applied on the base bundle Monthly Cycle forward (e.g 100$)
2. Now purchase another bundle (say 1% bundle with Qty as 10).
    Expectation - 10% discount must be applied on the net amount ($100 - $21) from above step.
    Observation - 10% discount is applied on the base bundle Monthly Cycle forward ($100)
