OCOMC Has Failed to Reject Duplicate Records (Doc ID 2997113.1)

Goal

In production environment, Oracle communication Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) has not rejected duplicate records. The Call Detail Record (CDR) file has been processed multiple times due to custom script issue, but duplicate check at OCOMC has not worked properly and processed these records again.

In few cases, duplicate check was working fine, but failed for some set of records.

How to avoid this issue ?
