Symptoms

An FTP Process fails without any error.  This process has executed successfully in other environments.  There are no relevant errors in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG or FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS.  The last line in the Transfer Pricing Engine log is:

Module Logging OFS Access module data: /* GetTRateCol() */

You expect the FTP Process to run successfully as it did in the other environments.
