Bill Disput Raised Through Billing Care Fails Due To Tax Supplier Name (Doc ID 2998296.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to raise dispute through Billing Care, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create billing account as paying account
2. Create service account as non-paying account and child of billing account created in step 1.
3. Purchase one time charge on service account created in step 2.
4. Log into billing care and open service account.
5. Select one time charge and view the event.
6. Select event and click on raise dispute button.
7. Dispute is raised successfully.
8. Now change virtual time to next month and bill service account and then parent account (account created in step 1)
9. Check /bill of parent account and found dispute is raised.
10. Now open billing account is billing care.
11. Select the invoice -> click on AR-Action -> Raise dispute.
12. In both steps 6 and 11, include tax. Project is using billing time taxation configured through PDC (Pricing Design Center) and not using any external tax calculation system.
13. Raising dispute on bill fails.
