Buyer Dashboard Throws Untreated Error When The User Is Not Setup In SEC_USER_ROLE (Doc ID 2998361.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the Buyer Dashboard the following error occurs.

ERROR :

An error occurred while processing your request.For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with HTTP Error Status Code : 404.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE :
-----------------------

1. Login to RMS with a user configured in SEC_USER_ROLE.
2. Go to the Buyer Dashboard.
3. Select a department and press search.
4. Confirm that the dashboard presents results.
5. Login to RMS with a user NOT configured in SEC_USER_ROLE.
6. Go to the Buyer Dashboard.
7. Select a department and press search.
8. Confirm that the dashboard throws an error and locks the application.
