OutAllowance SNR Generated When Balance Is Available (Doc ID 2998403.1)

Symptoms


Observed that Subscribe Notification Request (SNR) is getting triggered when data balance is available.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Provision the account with Bundle.
2.Deplete the Base Bundle Data Allowance
3.Purchase a Topup in same ongoing session SNR and reauthorization requests (RAR) Triggered
4.Deplete the Topup SNR and TBN triggered
5.Purchase Topup again in the same ongoing session SNR and RAR triggered
6.On passing the 0 USU which was granted before top up purchase

Actual Behavior:
SNR Out of Allowance is triggered

Expected Behavior:
No SNRs are expected
