Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) version12.0.6.0.0 on Linux, the ccsPeriodicCharge process on the Service Management Server (SMS) crashes due to a double free.  The following is logged to the ccsPeriodicCharge log every time it runs:

This occurs daily at midnight of the crontab's timezone by default.
