Error "Array dimensions exceeded supported range" and the Function Engine Hangs When Attempting to Create a New Company in OPPM (Doc ID 2998489.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new company in OPPM, the following error occurs in the PSDebug log:

Error in function dispatcher execution loop.
&ltException&gt
System.OutOfMemoryException: Array dimensions exceeded supported range.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create new company in OPPM.
  2. The Function engine hangs.
  3. Review the log and note the reported error.
