Customer Nationality and National Id is not mandatory during account conversion. Null value can be passed (Doc ID 2998786.1)

Symptoms

Not able to create a new application with new application entry for a customer migrated through account migration process.

During account conversion, system does not validate "Nationality" and "National Id" in customer service . It is not mandatory, customer data migrated with null in Nationality and Nationality Id.

When the same customer record used to create new application entry through webservice or Application entry (originatino module) system facing issue with "cannot insert NULL into ("******"."DEDUPE_RESULT_DETAILS"."DRD_APL_NATIONAL_ID") " in alert log. Webservice request (JSON)  response "Unable To process Request"

Expected Behavior - If Nationality /National Id is mandatory in Application Entry,Web Service call, Account Onboarding(API) then system should validate in account boarding also.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migrate an account with a customer without Nationality and National Id
2. Try to do Application Entry WS call or Account Onboarding call or Origination UI without Nationality or National id for the same customer
3. Check whether the request is getting processed
