Getting Latest Revision Feature Using Sql Script Is Not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2998789.1)

Symptoms

Get Latest Revision feature is not working as expected.

For TDU/RSU/MCU specifications the 'Get Latest Revision (GLR)' is not working correctly,
The up-issued spec with the unlocked padlock is getting updated in the next lower level item for the spec but the table is not getting updated for the same .
The table gsmtradeparentchildjoint is not getting updated with the right up-versioned spec causing below error.

"Any child trade specs associated on the related specs tab must be in approved status.
As a result: of these the specifications will not be permitted to workflow to the next status"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to PLM For Process url: http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/prodika
2. Up-issue the Spec present in the LLI (lower level items) section.
3. Move workflow from Minor Modification status to Approved status.
4. Fails with error.
