Expedited Follow-Up Reports Have Duplicate Numbers After Deleting or Nullifying Reports (Doc ID 2999452.1)

Last updated on MARCH 22, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 6.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Expedited follow-up reports for the same report type, product, and reporting destination have duplicate numbers.

In this example we have three reports (Initial, F/U#1, and F/U#2):

Next, F/U#1 report is removed/deleted so only the Initial and F/U#2 reports exist for this product, license, and reporting destination.

A new report is scheduled, for the same report type, product, and reporting destination.  Now there are two/duplicate reports designated as F/U#2.  The recently created report should be F/U#3.

Changes

This happens only when creating a new follow-up report, for the same report type, product, and reporting destination, after an older report has been deleted or nullified.
