Enhancement Request: Users Need a New «Cluster» Field That Allows Them to Pre-filter the Specification Values (Doc ID 2999752.1)

Symptoms

In our current implementation in W3, each OSM workflow is mapped to a Business Interaction in UIM with a dedicated Specification; hence, the Business Interaction “Specification” field is a picklist evolving during time (as of today there are 60 different values in production environment).

User is asking for a new field that allow them to pre-filter the specification values in such a way that by setting this new filter, the Specification field will only display the values related to that filter.

 

 

 

By specifying the new field «Cluster» as first Search filter, the specification field will display only the values related to that Cluster.

The mapping Cluster – Specification should be configurable by System Integrators.
