Symptoms

When attempting to run dbsetup.bat,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
"A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again. A Java Exception has occurred."

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to execute dbsetup.bat.
  2. Notice the reported error
