ReSA Application Does Not Start After the WebLogic Server Was Bounced (Doc ID 3000356.1)

Goal


After the ReSA server was bounced, the application did not start with the below message:

"For server resa-server, the Node Manager associated with machine pevrtrap4 is not reachable.
Message icon - Warning All of the servers selected are currently in a state which is incompatible with this operation or are not associated with a running Node Manager or you are not authorized to perform the action requested. No action will be performed."

The Node-manager is running and listening.
