On : 11.3.0.28 version, Client Activity

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OIPA is not respecting the Security Role Transaction Field settings.
ActivityEffectiveDate is disabled through security for PhoneServiceRep Security Group but the Field is enabled on the UI.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OIPA Asauthtransactionfield property should work.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Attempt to add ExpireRoles on a contract with PhoneServiceRep Security Group User.
