Issues When We Try To Flip/update The CFA Values (Doc ID 3001243.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

CFA setup was created to populate the item location status that we are getting from two different legacy systems (sath and cao).
We wanted a new CFA attrib/group (id) to be created and then associate it to two varchar2 columns one to maintain the sath status and the second for cao with values (LI) as mentioned below.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The main issue is that when I create an CFA, it is saving whenever I make a change to the CFA from front end. It should only save when I press the button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CFA.
2. Make a change to that CFA from front end.
3. Observe the fact that it gets saved without the user pressing the save button.
