Sequence issue while Installing OFSAA IAA 8.1.2.4 and IAA 8.1.2.5 Patch (Doc ID 3002705.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.2.3 version, Installation & Upgrade

When attempting to install 8.1.2.4.0
the following error occurs.

Error:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("ATOMIC"."FSI_CSM_TEMPLATE_VARIABLE_MAP"."VARIABLE_CODE")
ORA-06512: at line 3957

Issue:3
Error:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("ATOMIC"."FSI_SUB_LED_ACCATTR_TO_VAR_MAP"."ACC_ATTR_ID"

Issue:4
During patch installation if any sequences are incremented and used for insert then, product should take care of considering max(Existing sequence) and then increment.
