VC Install in Development Lifecycle Fails with 'Destructive changes to a column are not supported after the data model has been upgraded to Production' (Doc ID 3002994.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.5 version,

When attempting to install a Validation Check in Development lifecycle after promotion to QC/Production lifecycle,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"DMW-098: Destructive changes to a column are not supported after the data model has been upgraded to Production: Change from nullable to not nullable.
 DMW-099: An unexpected error occurred due to few missing values. Please try again. If the error persists please contact the system administrator"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Promote a VC from Development to QC and Production lifecycle.
2. Attempt to install the VC in Development lifecycle.
