Getting Error: "ORA-12899: value too large for column" When Attempting To Reset User Password (Doc ID 3003128.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to reset a user password the following error occurs.

ORA-12899: value too large for column "AGILE"."USER_PASSWORD_HISTORY"."PASSWORD"

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to Agile
  2. Select from the Admin tab > User Settings > Users
  3. Search for the user you want to change the password
  4. Click the key icon and check the "Reset Login Password"
  5. Enter the new password
