Symptoms

Whenever the response received for a charge has the heartbeat record embedded in it, Billing And Revenue Management (BRM) fails processing that response.



Paymnentech Heartbeat spec. has following Note in the spec:

Note: The Heartbeat response could be included in a TCP/IP packet that also includes an authorization message as long as each message, both the heartbeat response and the authorization message, is prefaced with the length of the message.
