Unable to add Roles into newly created user in OFSAA MMG.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to <mmg-home>/bin

2. run the ./userprovisioning-script-generator.sh by providing the parameters.

eg. /userprovisioning-script-generator.sh <user> <comma separated listof usergroups or ALL> <infodom> <segment>

4. .SQL file will be created.

Expected result:
The users and groups should have created.

Actual result:
The user groups are not created.
