Delegated Administrator - Adding A Custom Service Package For Use With OUD (Doc ID 3003361.1)

Symptoms

Unable to add a custom service package within the Delegated Administrator. The directory server is configured with OUD.

The custom service package was added thorough an LDIF file, but it is not visible in the DA console. Below, is the sample service package:


It is expected that the custom service package should be visible whether or not the contacts info is included.
