Immediate GetOrder Call Does Not Have Order Data Changes From Prior updateOrderData Call In The Same Plugin Execution (Doc ID 3003390.1)

Symptoms

I am executing UpdateOrder XMLAPI in OSM 7.4.1 and immediately after that executing GetOrder XMLAPI on the same task. However, after the successful UpdateOrder XMLAPI call we are still not getting the latest updated data as part of GetOrder XMLAPI response.

Also, I want to highlight when we are executing the same process in OSM 7.2.4 it is working fine as expected, we are getting the latest updated data through GetOrder XMLAPI response.
