Goal

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12 and further customers have the ability to use different clients for configuring and billing users.

When attempting to install the BRM Payment Tool client on Windows, the following error occurs:

Fail to start with a 0xc000007b error
