Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.2.0 version,

Observed DIAMETER_RATING_FAILED (5031) for Voice usage. On further analysis there appears old session are still there, due to which it is failing. Below Error is observed on ecs.log during this.
