Symptoms

Background Processor Job Master not working properly. The jmaster.exe client is running on the machine, but no Job Workers (jwkr.exe) are created to process that are in a Ready status ('REA'). The job's JOB_PERCENT_COMPLETE never change from 0 to 20, 60, 80 or 100 nor do their JOB_QUEUE_STATUS progress from Ready ('REA') to Executing ('EXE'), or Complete ('COM').
