Wrong Tablespace Causes ORA-00955 on CONS_DTL Index Creation When Running ALM Process (Doc ID 3003740.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run ALM process the following error occurs for all ALM processes.

Error:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Error: 955 ORA- 00955: name is already used by an existing object
  ORA- 06512: at "<ATOMIC>.OFSA_DBA",
  line 1347 ORA- 06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL",
  line 1134 ORA- 06512: at "<ATOMIC>.OFSA_DBA",
  line 1306 ORA- 06512: at "<ATOMIC>.OFSA_DBA",
  line 2366 ORA- 06512: at "<ATOMIC>.OFSA_SQL",
line 398 ORA- 06512: at line 1 SQL: declare begin
ofsa_sql.clone_all_indexes('<ATOMIC>', 'CONS_DTL_201681', 'FSI_O_CONS_DETAIL_TEMPLATE', '201681'); end;


Steps To Replicate:
1. Ran cash flow for the first time and it ran successfully.
2. Re-run the cash flow and received the above error.
3. Dropped indexes and able running the cash flows successfully.
