Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.24 version, Installation, migration, patch

Following the deployment of v11.3.1.24, when attempting to run the Cycle-Client,
the following message is reported

WARNING: Exception encountered during context initialization - cancelling refresh attempt: org.springframework.beans.factory.UnsatisfiedDependencyException: Error creating bean with name 'cycleServiceBll': Unsatisfied dependency expressed through field 'rowDal'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type 'com.adminserver.dal.RowDal' available: expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire candidate. Dependency annotations: {@org.springframework.beans.factory.annotation.Autowired(required=true)}


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy v11.3.1.24.
2. Start the Cycle Client. ex: C:\Cycle-Client\bin>run.bat
