Unable to complete the DD task for an EWO to disconnect a connection. Attempting to do so results in the error message below. Selecting YES to view the details shows the parent and child connections.

Error Text

A parent connection for this service request has other connections
riding it, which are still in service. All child connections must be
disconnected from a parent connection before the order disconnecting
the parent can have its Due Date completed.

The DD on row # <NBR> is violating the constraint.

The order number is <ORDER_NUMBER>.
The Circuit ID is <EXCHANGE_CARRIER_CIRCUIT_ID>.
