REIM Injector fails to load invoice with items having multiple allowance lines (TALLW)

While loading an invoice with multiple allowance lines (TALLW) for an item in the detail line (TDETL) the following exception is raised, and the invoice data never gets loaded:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO and receive the PO
2. Use the provided EDI file, and replace the value of supplier, PO, item, cost, and units to match your PO
3. Make sure that you have TALLW rows for one or more TDETL.
4. Save the file and run ReIM EDI injector.
