CN SSO PDC Login Timeout Error (Doc ID 3005923.1)

One is trying to configure the Single Sign On (SSO) for Pricing and Design Center (PDC). However, received timeout error during login from the SSO page pdc/adfAuthentication. Cleaning the cache does not resolve the 404 error which occurred before the redirect.

The page /pdc/adfAuthentication appears twice in the network Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) tracer. First time, the page adfAuthentication is requested, it returns a 200 status and redirects successfully to the SSO page. After the login is validated, the page saml2/post generates a redirect to the page /pdc/adfAuthentication and it generates a timeout.
