Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to create a new database using the Database Setup Wizard (DBSETUP.BAT) on MS SQL Server 2022 Enterprise Edition, the operation fails with:

Job Starting: Run SQL Script sspm_settings.sql

"The FILESTREAM filegroup 'PMDB_fs_files' has no files assigned to it. FILESTREAM data cannot be populated on this filegroup until a file is added"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When creating a new database using the Database Setup Wizard (DBSETUP.BAT), the operation should complete successfully.
