Exporting Tax Code Throws Error "Cannot extract objects from JAXB tree" (Doc ID 3007058.1)

Symptoms

Scenario:

  1. On an upgraded system from patch set 4 to patch set 8, run below command:
      ImportExportPricing -publish config -target ece
  2. Check state of changesets published using below query on the pricing design center (PDC) database:
      select csmode from changeset where name like '%TAX%' order by createddate desc;
  3. State must be CLOSED for all objects published from pdc to elastic charging engine (ece)
  4. But, actual behavior is that the changeset for TAX_CODE config is DELIVERED and not changed to state CLOSED.
  5. Looking at the ImportExportPricing log, below message was visible:
