'AsDepositValuationEffectField - ORA-00942: Table Or View Does Not Exist' Error After Deploying TomEE Patch (Doc ID 3007083.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.28 version, Client Activity

Following the deployment of '11.3.1.28_xxxx' TomEE Patch,
Activities are failing with the following error:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Policy of Plan Personal Retirement.
2. Create Role, Segment, Allocation.
3. Create and Process InitialPremium Activity.
4. The Activity will fail with error - HTTP Status 500 - Error.

OR

1. Attempt to Recycle an existing InitialPremium Activity.
2. Reprocess the Activity.
