In Billing Care AR Actions Settlement Page, Comments Link Of Notes Gets Overshadowed (Doc ID 3007325.1)

Symptoms

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create event level dispute on an account along with a note
2. Post the note and open the dispute again for settlement and post more notes till atleast 3 notes are posted against the dispute
3. After 2 to 3 notes are posted the comments link gets shadowed by the OK or Cancel button of the settlement page
