Symptoms

Transaction grid not retrieving results when searched using filters

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1. Go to Transaction tab
2. transactions are displayed
3. Some of the MI and CASH transactions are showing SYSDATE
4. But when we try to search them with from date and to date those transactions are not displayed in the grid.
