How to Restrict Profile Sync from BRM to ECE Based on Specific Poid Type (Doc ID 3007769.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Goal here is to understand if there any way to sync only specific poid type or profile from BRM to ECE

 

Current behavior is that whenever a profile is created or modified, all changes get synced to ECE irrespective of profile poid type,

List of profile poid types in the given scenario:
=============================
/profile/dunning_info
/profile/serv_extrating
/profile/acct_extrating
/profile/btc_billinfo_non_cl_adjustment
/profile/writeoff
/profile/customer_care
/profile/credit_control

Where creation or update of poid_type like '/profile/dunning_info', '/profile/credit_control' are not required to be synced to ECE.
