Symptoms

While running ASCP Collections in Net change mode the Planning Data Pull Worker is failing.

There are no issues with running Complete Refresh or Net Change with Suppliers = No.

This error ONLY applies to a Decentralized configuration with a 12.1.3 Source and 12.2.x Destination

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
2. Run a Net Change Collections with Suppliers = Yes
