Symptoms

dlyprg abort with ORA-02292 error.

During daily batch execution, dlyprg abort with "ORA-02292: integrity constraint (.) violated - child record found~CLOSE cursor C_ITEM in package DEL_ITEM ITEM: XXXXX, key_value=XXXXX" error.

This error is still occurring after Oracle Patch 22270634 was applied which did not solve this issue.
