Goal
What is the intended functionality of the Pending Changes Where Used view?
Expect to see any pending changes on the part that one is viewing and is included in - whatever change that maybe.
Seeing only the change orders where the part is being added (not removed) to a BOM.
When looking from the child at the pending changes where used, one is not seeing the following:
1. When a parent is on a CO and is changing its attributes on Title Block tab or electronic files on its Attachments tab.
2. When a parent is on a CO and removing the child the user is looking from a BOM that is removed in a pending change.
3. When a parent is on a CO and changing any BOM attributes.
4. When a parent is on a CO and changing other BOM items (adding new or removing other existing items).
5. What constitutes a modification to a BOM that is on a pending change?
