DP Server Goes Down With Error: Cannot Re-acquire Service Location Lock. Shutting Down Applicaion. (Doc ID 3008882.1)

Symptoms

DP server goes down with the following messages in the DP server log:

[29-Feb-2024 at 16:37:12 CST] [CdrExeJSExe] Fatal Error. Cannot re-acquire service location lock. Shutting down applicaion.
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:37:12 CST] [CdrExeJSExe] Stopping the service. Forced = true
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:37:12 CST] [CdrExeJSJobSpooler] Request to Stop Service.
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:37:12 CST] [CdrExeJSJobListener] Stopping Listener.
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:38:12 CST] [CdrExeJSJobController] Stopping Controller.
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:39:12 CST] [CdrExeJSJobSpooler] Forced service stop. Will kill jobs and stop service.
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:39:12 CST] [CdrExeJSJobSpooler] Closing Initializer.
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:39:12 CST] [CdrExeJSInitializer] Ending session
[29-Feb-2024 at 16:39:13 CST] [CdrExeJSJobListener] Failed to to receive message. Stopping listener. Message: null
