NullPointerException When Tax Exemption Selector Has not Been Assigned to Any Service (Doc ID 3008890.1)

Symptoms

When opening the Offer Setting of a Charge Offer associated with a Tax Exemption Selector in Pricing Center Design (PDC) user interface, the user gets a NullPointerException at oracle.communications.brm.pdc.ui.view.lov.TaxExemptionSelectorLOVBean.validate.

ERROR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Tax Exemption Selector.
2. Create a new Charge Offer (Fill Name, Type, Applicable To) and click on Save.
3. Then, click on Offer Settings and select the Tax Exemption Selector created in step.
4. Click on Save and the error occurs.
