Symptoms

The ALM BI Transformation Task is stuck in the ongoing status for several hours.

Reviewing TRANSFORM DATA_<INFODOM>_<BATCH NAME>_20230930_6_Task1_RUNPROCEDURE.log from /<ftpshare>/logs/<MIS Date>/<Infodom>/TRANSFORM DATA, nothing happens after the function is executed:

[13-02-24 13:15:44 GMT PM][INFO][BACKEND][OFSAA][RUNPROCEDURE] Database Type : ORACLE
[13-02-24 13:15:44 GMT PM][INFO][BACKEND][OFSAA][RUNPROCEDURE] NLS Value : AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
[13-02-24 13:15:44 GMT PM][INFO][BACKEND][OFSAA][RUNPROCEDURE] Login Information Successfully Set
[13-02-24 13:15:44 GMT PM][INFO][BACKEND][OFSAA][RUNPROCEDURE] Parameters : FN_ALM_BI_TRANSFORMATION,'<INFODOM>_<BATCH NAME>_20230930_6','20230930',200618,'Y','Y'
[13-02-24 13:15:44 GMT PM][INFO][BACKEND][OFSAA][RUNPROCEDURE] Statement to execute : BEGIN :D := FN_ALM_BI_TRANSFORMATION('<INFODOM>_<BATCH NAME>_20230930_6','20230930',200618,'Y','Y'); END;

There is nothing in the log after this point.

Additionally, there are no rows inserted into FSI_MESSAGE_LOG by the function.

The transformation runs successfully running it using the Command Line format.
