ALM Process Gets Error 'ORA- 00947: not enough values' When Autobalancing Selected (Doc ID 3009139.1)

Symptoms

In ALM 8.0.7.4, when running a Dynamic Deterministic ALM Process with the Autobalancing option selected in Output Preferences, the process fails to output Autobalancing products and the following ORA-00947 error exists in the Cash Flow Engine log:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Error: 947 ORA- 00947: not
       enough
values ORA- 06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1343 ORA- 06512: at
       "<ATOMIC>.AUTOBAL_DETERMINISTIC", line 1849 ORA- 06512: at
       line 1 SQL: declare begin Autobal_Deterministic.autobal(290368,
       '105545' , '06/ 30/ 2023' , 2409);end;

As a result of the error, no autobalancing financial elements are output to the Result Detail table.
