Symptoms

Issue with mapping user groups to user

Steps to reporduce: Map and unmap same group to the user twice and verify the user group authorization as sysauth

Actual Behavior: User group is not visible in User group authorization screen 

Expected Behavior: User group to be visible in User authorization screen to authorize the user group
