Commit at Company Level 'Blanket Purchase Orders - Line Item(s)' Line Item Window Pops Up But There Is No Line Item to Select (Doc ID 3009760.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For a Commit at Company Level type Business Process (BP), often referred to as a Blanket Purchase Order, when trying to Add a Line Item using the reference selector/picker no Line Item data is available for selection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Line Item data should be available for selection.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment as the user.
  2. Create/Open a BP record that references the Commit at the Company Level.
  3. In the Line Item tab > click on the Add button.
  4. On the right side, select the icon to reference the commit line item which should show the line items for the Commit.
  5. Notice the window opens to display the line items for this agreement but the page spins and no line item data can be seen.
