Error 404--not Found When Attempting to Access the Unifier Application after Deploying an Installment (Doc ID 3009865.1)

When attempting to access the Unifier application after an installation or upgrade the following error occurs:

Error 404--Not found

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Deploy the Unifier installment.
  2. Start the Managed Server.
  3. Once the Managed Server is in the state of running, try to access Unifier application.
  4. Observe the aforementioned error.

NOTE: An unconfirmed symptom of this issue could also be a "Loading system registry..." text that populates on the landing page of Unifier and prevents users from logging in.
